I am Lauren Hill, a former British, European and World Champion Acrobatic Gymnast. I had the honour of representing my country as part of GB on multiple occasions.

My gymnastics journey started at the age of 2 and as I progressed I spent many hours each week in the gym. I had the opportunity to travel internationally competing from the age of 9.

I still love the sport and since retiring from competitive gymnastics I have been inspired to pass on my knowledge and expertise to the next generation of aspiring athletes.

I have over a decade of experience of teaching gymnastics in multiple settings.

Join Flip, Twist & Tumble Gymnastics today!

At Flip Twist and Tumble our classes are split into age groups. This allows for the lessons to be catered to meet the needs of each individual child and allow them to develop at their own rate.

When booking, please allocate your child into the age appropriate class for them. We have tried to split them into school year classes, as we know that they learn best surrounded by children their own age. We understand that children can learn at different paces so if we find that your child is achieving everything in their lesson, at coach discretion, we can progress them into an older class for them to continue progressing..

TIMETABLE as of January 2026

Thursday:

3:45-4:30pm - 3-4 years old (Pre-school & Reception) - £10 a class

4:30-5:15pm - 4-6 years old (Reception & Year 1) - £10 a class

5:15-6:15pm - 6-8 years old (Year 1, 2 & 3) - £12.50 a class

6:15-7:15pm - 8+ years old (Year 3 and above) - £12.50 a class

7:15-8:15pm - 8+ years old ADVANCED - £12.50 a class

Saturday

9:30-10:15am - 4-7 year olds (Reception, Year 1 & 2) - £10 a class

10:15-11:15am - 8+ years old (Year 3 and above) - £12.50 a class

11:15-12pm - 4-7 year olds (Reception, Year 1 & 2) - £10 a class

Classes for ages 3-14

Holiday Camps 4-12 Years Old

Our group gymnastics classes are for children aged 3–14, with all levels and abilities welcome. We offer a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child can learn, progress, and feel confident.

Using a wide range of gymnastics equipment, children develop key skills such as balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility. Each week the class layout and equipment change to keep sessions exciting, engaging, and progressive.

Classes are led by friendly, experienced coaches and focus on safe technique, confidence-building, and enjoyment. Children are supported to progress at their own pace while having fun and making new friends.

Whether your child is a complete beginner or looking to develop their skills, our group classes are a great place to start.

Holiday Camps 4-12 Years Old

Come and join us for a camp this school holiday! For children aged 4-12 years old, this fun filled day will be sure to keep your little ones active and learning. The group will be split up based on age/ability through out the day to complete focused skills and drills to help them develop. A chance to learn new skills, make new friends and earn prizes; there will be plenty for everyone! Our camps are open for both current members attending classes and non members that want to come and try it out.
