At Flip Twist and Tumble, we believe that every child deserves the chance to move, play, and grow - regardless of their abilities.
We’re excited to launch our brand new gymnastics classes for children with additional needs!. These small-group sessions are designed to support children who benefit from a calmer, more personalised environment.

Our inclusive sessions focus on fun, confidence, and movement development, in a setting tailored to each child’s needs.
✔️ Small class sizes – Our small-group format allow for individual attention and less overwhelm.
✔️ 30/45-minute sessions – The perfect amount of time to engage, explore, and enjoy without feeling rushed or overstimulated.
✔️ Qualified, caring coaches – Our team is trained and experienced in supporting children with a range of additional needs.
✔️ Adapted activities – From balance and coordination to strength and motor skills, we adjust each activity to meet your child where they’re at.
✔️ Supportive, structured routine – Predictable sessions with room for flexibility, to help children feel secure and engaged.
🌈 Who Are These Classes For? 🌈
Our inclusive gymnastics sessions are ideal for children who may benefit from a slower-paced, supportive environment, including those with:
- Autism / ASD
- ADHD
- Sensory processing differences
- Physical or developmental delays
- Learning difficulties
- Anxiety or social challenges
If you're not sure if these classes are right for your child, we’re always happy to talk it through.
Our Classes
Classes
We are offering 2 small group classes.
Mondays 4-4:45pm - This is a class where the parent/carers can join in! Whether you simply want to sit at the side and watch or you want to be 110% involved - join us in the room to see what your child is getting up and and be on hand to help, support and learn gymnastics too.
Saturday 12-12:30pm - This is a 30 minute independent class for your child. Parents, grab a coffee, sit back, relax and enjoy watching your child grow and learn.
